Selling my 1979 CJ5. Pretty much stock except for the engine. AMC 401, Just rebuilt by local machine shop. Running perfect. Has T150 3 speed. Best Top Super Top is about 7 years old, but still excellent condition. Bedliner in tub. Tub is original steel tub, two small, less than a nickel sized spots of rust. Roll cage. Have new ceramic coated headers ordered, will be on it by the time its sold. One other issue is the synchronizer in the tranny between 2nd and third is starting to go, but I do have another good T150 that, if I can find the time, put on or include. Not a big issue, just have to double clutch going from 2 to 3. 4WD works. Warn auto-locking hubs. Tires have good tread left, just starting to get weather checked. Overall an excellent Jeep.
