1981 Jeep Scrambler CJ8 Restored Fly in and Drive Home Videos IN AD
Up for bid is my 1981 CJ 8 Scrambler. The truck was restored in the early 2000’s, has been in a climate control garage and well cared for since.
Body: Paint is nice but there are scratches and blemishes from typical use. The underneath has zero rust. I would rate this Jeep as really nice driver quality Jeep that you can drive right away and enjoy.
Mechanically: Stock 4.2 straight 6, runs great, no leaks. 5 speed transmission makes highway cruising comfortable. This jeep tracks down the road straight and has not been4 wheeled to death like so many have. 4WD works as it should. Tires are like new.
Interior: Everything seems to work, its clean and comfortable.
The jeep is sold as is, in Danville, VA, with no warranty. The car is available to see and inspect any time before auction ends. $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end, with remainder due within 7 days, via cash, cleared check, money order or bank transfer.
